WHAT, CIABATTA HAS DINNER?
That's right it's Dinner Time!
We know how much everyone loves our sandwiches, so COMING SOON we are having a delicious new dinner menu!
Our dinner menu will consist of homemade appetizers, authentic pasta dishes, and mouth watering entrées from our grill. Of course you will be able to get any of our classic Ciabatta sandwiches, salads, and pizzas too. We will be offering full table service and as always Ciabatta is BYOB. Bon Appetite!

Scallops and Bacon
Jumbo scallops wrapped in applewood smoked bacon and served with a garlic dipping sauce.
Authentic Pasta
Sarita's Farfalle
Farfalle (bowtie) pasta tossed with jumbo shrimp and tender asparagus in a homemade Rosa (pink) sauce. Perfecto!
Grill Entrées
Twin Tuscan Skewers
Tender rib eye or shrimp paired with portabella mushrooms, red peppers, fresh zucchini, and red onion dusted with Tuscan seasoning and seared to perfection. Served with the potato and vegetable di giorno.

Ciabatta-bout it?
Ciabatta, pronounced cha-BAT-ta is the foundation to our sinfully delicious gourmet menu. Literally translated from the Italian language, Ciabatta means slipper because of its shape. The bread loaf is long, broad and slightly flatter than traditional bread,like a slipper. It has a soft middle and the outer crust is light and flaky. It has been baked authentically in old world Italy for centuries. Now we bring this Italian delight to you, fresh baked every day.
