Ciabatta, pronounced cha-BAT-ta is the foundation to our
sinfully delicious gourmet menu. Literally translated from the
Italian language, Ciabatta means slipper because of its shape.
The bread loaf is long, broad and slightly flatter than traditional
bread,like a slipper. It has a soft middle and the outer crust is
light and flaky. It has been baked authentically in old world Italy
for centuries. Now we bring this Italian delight to you, fresh baked
every day.
